Not so very "Common"
I'm in northern Minnesota right now, but I just noticed that everyone at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology is posting on their employee listserv that a redpoll is visiting the feeders out there in Ithaca, New York, and it sounds like every birder in the building is gathering at the windows. Hahahaha. "Common" indeed.
